Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, materials, intended uses, pricing, and availability accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing tolerances, packaging changes, or other reasonable variations. Customers should review product details before purchase.
Because pets differ in breed, size, age, behavior, and individual needs, customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their pet and supervising use where appropriate.
Order Submission & Acceptance
An order confirmation means the request was received; payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, or fulfillment checks may still be required. We may refuse or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Checkout displays applicable prices, payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final total. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days; busy periods may require up to 5 business days. Estimated standard U.S. transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and approved.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, Or Incomplete Products
Contact us promptly and provide relevant evidence where appropriate. Once confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution for an error attributable to us.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Send change or cancellation requests as soon as possible. They cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
